Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (next working day) after payment is received.

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.

TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS

Shipping chocolate is tricky and nobody likes melted chocolate! If the destination city’s temperature is 70 degrees or warmer, please choose the Next Day shipping option. We’ll provide a lined package and ice packs to protect your chocolate. If you have chosen Economy shipping, we are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and will not offer any refund.

RETURN

Organic California offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for returns made within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
