Shipping Conditions
We strive to provide reliable and gentle shipping so that Organic California products arrive in perfect condition.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours after payment is received (weekdays) .
Orders placed after 1:00 pm Pacific Time, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. -
Shipping Schedule
Shipping is available Monday through Friday .
We do not ship orders on weekends to reduce delivery time and prevent product deterioration. -

We currently deliver within the United States. -
Temperature Conditions
Chocolate is sensitive to high temperatures. If the temperature in your destination city exceeds 70°F, we strongly recommend choosing next day delivery.
In this case, we will provide you with a package with a liner and ice packs to protect your order during transportation.
If you choose economy shipping, Organic California is not responsible for melted products and no refunds will be issued in such cases . -
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment .
Shipping time is calculated from the date your order ships, not the date you place your order.

Return and Refund Policy
We are responsible for the quality of Organic California products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Products that were delivered damaged or defective (photo proof required);
- Requests submitted within 30 days and approved by our support team.
- A prepaid return label is included in the original package.
Returns are free of charge. No restocking or return processing fees apply.
Refunds will be processed within 1 business day after the returned item is received in acceptable condition and will be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to request an exchange, please review the following:
- Exchanges are processed only after we receive the returned product in its original condition (unopened, undamaged packaging, chocolate in original, intact form).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 1 business day.
- Replacement shipping is free of charge.
- Please note: We cannot issue a replacement if the returned item is not in its proper, resellable condition.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

When selecting economy shipping, products melted due to high temperatures;

Orders placed with incorrect delivery or contact information;

Requests based on personal preference (e.g., "didn't like the taste");

Parcels returned for reasons beyond our control (e.g. the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address).
All claims must be filed within 30 calendar days of receipt of the order.
